Let us show you a true school camp experience and come camping in comfort on a natural sand island wilderness, only 37kms from Brisbane across beautiful Moreton Bay.

Our unique school camp location on Moreton Island, near Brisbane offers up nature based experiences that can’t be found anywhere else in Queensland or New South Wales. We have kilometres of unspoilt beaches on Moreton Island and calm blue waters just steps from our camp venue. A school camp with us can't be beaten and will never be forgotten.

We provide outdoor education and recreational adventure camps in one of Queensland's amazing National Parks, on Moreton Island. Our school camps are an eco friendly tent setup and conducted in a natural bushland settings to provide students with an opportunity to be in the outdoors and connect with nature, all fully set up before your arrival. We specialise in primary school, secondary / high school and tertiary school groups. We also host college and university groups . We can host groups of 10 to 150+ people, Larger groups up to 200 can be accommodated for in a split week scenario with an overlap day midweek. For catered camps the venue is booked exclusively for one group at a time

Our all inclusive camp packages include

○ Return ferry cruise across beautiful Moreton Bay

○ First class camping accommodation all set up with comfy stretcher beds

○ On island 4x4 transfers to and from camp along the beach

○ 4WD trip to explore Moreton Islands Desert and go sand toboggan with all equipment

○ 4x4 exploration through the Moreton Island National Park to see the scenic, educational and adventure attractions, with a freshwater lake swim and marine life spotting and a wealth of knowledge about the island

○ Fully catered buffet style meals with snacks, drinks and whole fresh fruit always available and special dietaries catered for/

We also offer our camp venue for a self catering camp, where we provide the kitchen, cookware, even the kitchen sink! or the option to use our set up camp as a stop over when hiking around the island.

The diversity of Moreton Island offers your school something for every study subject to accomplish its educational goals. With a large variety of habitats to explore and an abundant of geographical,environmental, ecological, historical & and marine science studies experiences, from rocky shore environments and coastal dune formations. Study the effects of erosion, freshwater lakes and streams, wallum ecosystems, tidal mangrove wetlands and melaleuca vegetation, paperbark swamps, eucalypt forests and constantly moving coastal sand dune formations, all make Moreton Island and ideal place for schools to learn. Not to mention the Tangalooma and Bulwer shipwrecks, perfect for snorkelling or even Scuba.

Most hosted camps run from 2 to 5 days and each camp can be modified to suit your school  requirements and budget. Swim in the calm seas out front or one of the fresh water lakes, fish, see whales from Cape Moreton in season, see manta rays, dolphins, turtles, myriads of fish or be lucky enough to witness baby turtles hatching, have a real campfire, play beach sports right out the front of camp, go bush walking, go snorkeling, see Queensland's oldest lighthouse, walk past ruins on the beach from  World War 2, climb the highest coastal sand dune in the world, see Queenslands only whaling station, now a resort and experience the adventure of sand boarding, keeping yourself energised with the amazing nutritional meals and snacks we provide.

Our School Camps are also the place to help create future leaders,improve teamwork, trust, communication, peer support, are a great character builder and can promotes mental wellbeing by getting away from technology and it's the perfect place for students to get to know each other and their teachers on a better level and build positive relationships.
